Can my Husband be made to furnish auto insurance on car and get my name on the title and registration ? He agrees to let me take financed car but nothing is in my name and if he doesn't furnish Insurance in his name they tacki on there own and I cannot afford that. I only have $702.00 a month income, from a small pension. Please help. SusanPage
Suing a corporation in small claims court
I want to sue a corporation in small claims court in Calfiornia, and I am not sure of exactly who I should serve. There is an agent of process server listed in the state department's database, so I will definitely serve him. Do I need to include the person I was dealing with in the company? It was a towing company, and the person that I dealt with at the company would not give me his name. He said he was just a dispatcher. Any help would be appreciated.
