Moving boyfriends possessions out of house whilst he is away
Last night I found out my boyfriend, who has lived with me for 2.5 months, is cheating. Which is against our verbal agreement. Can I move his possessions off my property to avoid a confrontation. We are in our 50's. We grow old to soon and too late smart.

civil judgemnent
once--name removed--civil judgement is passed through court, can they come after you criminally?
On June 13, 2011 I awoke to a loud disturbance between my upstairs neighbor and another woman yelling and arguing. The non-tenant left the premises and ten minutes later the police were at my door and arrested me for Disorderly Conduct...without letting me explain that it was not me. The tenant upstairs involved in the disturbance tried to tell them that it was not me...they told her to get back inside and they would deal with her later. I was booked into jail and photographed. One hour later the arresting Officer came and said, "Sorry, we had misinformation from a witness who 100% guaranteed it was you...we'll take you home now!" This witness finally stated that she never actually saw me. Now, this is on the state record showing dismissed and my name was published in the paper being arrested for Disorderly Conduct. The did arrest the woman who was causing the disturbance, but her name never appeared in the paper. Do I have any legal recourse against the police dept. for false arrest? I have spoken with the County Attorney, only to get another apology for the misunderstanding.
Expungement of Criminal Record
I was convicted of retail theft in 1992. I was fingerprinted and have a criminal record. I think it was a misdemeanor. It has been over 15 years since this has happened and would like to have my record expunged. Can this be done without me having to have a lawyer? Can this be done at a courthouse? Can this be done without my name appearing in papers or other publications? Someone told me to try for a pardon from our govenor, but that seemed like alot of work and publicity. I want to avoid that and do this as quietly as possible. I feel I have paid my debt several times over and that people released from prison have a better chance and record than I do. I am 50 years old and may need to find a new job, and while it is said that this wouldn't matter if listed on a job application we all know it does. I made a mistake and shouldn't be penalized for it the rest of my life. Also the store in which this happened is no longer around. It went bankrupt years ago.
