I had one open credit card account with chase. I added my husband as an authorized user to the account and he recieved a card in his name in the mail. He set up to pay the monthly payment on-line. He discovered that I had two other accounts with chase but they had been dormant since 2007. He on line requested to be added as an authorized user on both acounts and had cards sent to him. I had no knowlwdge of this. He accumulated about $30,000 in debt on these two cards. I was never contacted by chase to verify adding him as a user and knew nothing about it until he told me.
As an authorized user he is not liable for the debt. But since I never "authorized" adding him to the accounts am I liable?
MDMA Possession equals Manslaughter
I have heard that getting arrested for possession of ecstacy (MDMA) will lead to a manslaughter charge for each pill. I don't understand how this could be since manslaughter involves killing. I think this is just a stupid rumor. I live in Florida. Please shed some light on this topic.
