I have successfully represented clients in franchise litigation, shareholder disputes, trademark disputes, construction law, aviation, employment litigation, general business litigation, and personal injury.
I provide legal counsel to small and emerging businesses. My services include corporate governance, business setup, commercial agreements, employment/human resources issues, intellectual property, insurance review, and serving as liaison to insurance counsel for litigation purposes. I serve as a legal partner to startups in a variety of industries including tech, health and wellness, retail, apparel and aviation.
I represent national and local franchisors both in a transactional and litigation capacity. I advise prospective franchisees, both domestic and international, who are interested in purchasing a franchise. We review the FDD, franchise agreement, and commercial leases to get the best deal for our client. We serve as general counsel to franchisors advising them on franchise laws and general compliance as well as handling general corporate matters.
