As a Probate and Trust Litigation attorney and partner in Lippes Mathias' Trusts & Estates practice team, I focus on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, undue influence, accountings, improper distribution of assets, will and trust contests, removal of personal representatives (executors), trustees, and guardians, and incapacity proceedings.
My estate planning practice allows me to help individuals plan for their future by focusing on each client's wishes and providing them with the tools to fulfill their requests. I assist his clients with the preparation of wills and or trusts, durable powers of attorney, declarations of health care surrogate, and living wills.
My probate and trust litigation experience includes representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries, and have successfully resolved these cases after both trial and mediation. This litigation experience allows me to continually improve his client's estate planning to try to help them avoid estate, trust, or guardianship litigation in the future.
My probate and trust administration experience includes both small and large estates throughout Florida. I represent personal representatives and trustees in administering estates, including assisting with the transfer of assets, payment of estate debts, and distribution to beneficiaries. Additionally, I represent beneficiaries to ensure they are aware of their rights during the administration process.

He has also represented out of state beneficiaries with probate matters in Florida.
His estate planning and corporate planning practice involves personal financial and business succession planning. He has worked with our clients on the best practices to protect their assets.
This practice includes representing people seeking guardianship over a minor child or adult who is incapacitated. Further, he represents parents who need to be appointed Guardian Advocate over adult children with disabilities including autism.
