Beth Marie Arreguin is an experienced trial attorney practicing since 2008 in all areas of criminal defense; including violation of probation, DUI, drug crimes, sexual offenses, aggravated battery, arson, firearms offenses, vehicular homicide, manslaughter and murder. Her trial experience has resulted in numerous acquittals. Based upon her intensive training and experience handling serious and complex cases, she is currently qualified to try death penalty cases as co-counsel. Her undergraduate degree was obtained with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Studies. She is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law. During her time in law school, she volunteered with the Guardian Ad Litem Program and provided free assistance to the indigent and elderly with their income tax filings. After law school, she was hired by the Public Defender’s Office in Bartow, Florida, where she worked in all areas of criminal law for the past 8 years. She has experience working with clients in drug court programs and clients with severe mental health issues. Ms. Arreguin has training and experience in many areas of forensic science; including DNA, firearms identification, fingerprint identification, forensic pathology and the use of cell phone location data.
