As a former prosecutor, Ms. Alers prosecuted thousands of misdemeanor offenses ranging from Battery/Domestic Violence, Possession of Marihuana, Shoplifting, DUI, Reckless Driving, Solicitation for Prostitution, Resisting an Officer Without Violence, among others. Ms. Alers led several trials in Misdemeanor court and the opportunity to second chair and win trials in Circuit court;(Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Assault, Domestic Battery By Strangulation, Kidnapping and Aggravated Stalking).
