Mr. Smith is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi and Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida.
