Representing community associations and individual homeowner and condominium unit owners; representing buyer and sellers in residential and commercial real estate sale transactions; representing plaintiffs and defendants in real estate litigation; arbitration of condominium disputes between condominium associations and unit owners; and real estate licensing matters including defending real estate agents in licensing disputes in Florida.
Served as general counsel for more than twelve years for two publicy traded human resource outsourcing companies; now representing primarily employers in the defense of employee claims including discrimination and wage hour disputes; drafting employment agreements of all types including non-compete agreements; drafting employee handbooks; responding to agency audits and investigations; providing compliance advice on employment laws; and customized management development seminars.
Representing business owners in incorporation matters, contract disputes and negotiations, licensing matters; enforcement of restrictive covenant agreements with former employees; drafting contracts including employment agreements; and advising businesses on employment and human resources issues.
