Christopher C. Johnson is an associate with Johnson Jackson LLC. He defends national and local employers in litigation and administrative proceedings against claims arising from the employment relationship. Chris also advises clients in the prevention of litigation with a focus on the preparation and revision of his clients’ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ever-changing legal requirements. Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where he majored in Information Systems and Operations Management with an emphasis on using technology to make corporations’ data systems and operations more efficient. In 2013, Chris received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, Chris worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Don F. Briggs and the Honorable T. Michael Johnson in the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Chris also served as a student ambassador, assisting first year law students. Chris serves on the HCBA YLD Law-Related Education & Law Week Committee, assisting in the planning, organizing, and operation of the annual Judge Robert Simms High School Mock Trial Competition. Chris serves on the Wedges for Wishes committee for Make-A-Wish of Central & Northern Florida, and is an active professional partner for the Moffitt Cancer Center.
