HOW ARE PERSONAL INJURY CASES RESOLVED?
Most of us have an idea of that all personal injury claimants have their “day in court.” While this is true some of the time, most cases will never wind up in a courtroom. A settlement commonly takes the form of negotiation, followed by a written agreement in which both sides forgo any further action (like filing a lawsuit), choosing instead to resolve the matter through payment of an agreeable amount of money.
