I have been working in the area of family law for over 20 years. I was a paralegal for four years prior to going to lawschool. While attending Florida Coastal School of Law, I came to work for the firm formerly known as Zisser, Brown, Nowlis & Maciejewski as a lawclerk, writing appeals and doing research. While I do have knowledge of other areas of law, Family Law is my favorite area of law and has been my focus since I was sworn in to the Florida Bar in 2005.

Family Law for Ms. Bylund encompasses but is not limited to: Parental Responsibility, Timesharing, Custody, Equitable Distribution, Property Division, Protecting nonmarital property, Alimony, Child Support, Contempt, Enforcement, Attorneys Fees, Prenuptial Agreements and Postnuptial Agreements and Family Law Appeals.
Separation may include separation agreements and/or child support and alimony unconnected with dissolution of marriage.
Child Support includes determining income for self-employed payors or determining income earning potential for voluntarily unemployed or unemployed payors.
