Advise a diverse client base on contract interpretation, transaction negotiations, business liability issues, insurance analysis, business consulting and development, violations of state and federal laws, and comprehensive corporate risk management.

Defend homeowners against foreclosure lawsuits. Provide legal assistance and guidance to individuals in the pre-foreclosure stage.
