The Law Office of David A. Webster, P.A. was established for the exclusive purpose of representing individuals facing criminal charges. Mr. Webster is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the University of Toledo College of Law where he received the Dean’s Award for the Outstanding Graduate of the Class of 1991. While in law school, Mr. Webster worked for the Law Offices of Gallon and Takacs, PA, in its appellate division, preparing hundreds of cases for appeal.
Upon graduation, Mr. Webster accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Seminole County where he prosecuted thousands of cases, from simple misdemeanors, to complex felonies. While employed as a prosecutor, Mr. Webster received the MADD Award of Excellence given to prosecutors who excel and are successful in DUI litigation.Taking the invaluable experiences he gained from being a prosecutor, in 1994 Mr. Webster went into private practice as a partner with the law firm of Collins, Webster and Krause, PA, focusing exclusively on criminal defense.
For the past two decades, Mr. Webster has handled thousands of cases for individuals faced with all types of criminal charges, both State and Federally. He also represents lawyers and law enforcement on disciplinary matters and professionals before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.In the past, he has been a member and on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also been a member of the Orange County Bar and the Seminole County Bar, and served on the Grievance Committee of the Florida Bar Association.
Currently, he serves on the 18th Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel. Additionally, Mr. Webster has lectured at the Seminole State College Police Academy, instructing law enforcement on trial preparation and testimony.
