Commercial litigation involving in the following areas: landlord/tenant, eviction, foreclosure, contract disputes, and probate.
Counseling and representing clients with all aspects of property ownership including, but not limited to: acquisition of property, drafting lease agreements, management of property, exit strategies and litigation.
Counsel homeowners on options and if necessary provide foreclosure defense in litigation. I have also represented lenders in foreclosure litigation, which allows me to examine the issues from both perspectives.
COunseling and drafting of estate documents, including healthcare surrogates, pre-need guardian, living wills, power of attorney, and wills.
Counseling and representing clients on business formation and compliance issues.
