I have mediated an extremely wide variety of disputes including securities, real estate, contracts, bankruptcy preference actions and clawback matters, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, employment, legal professional liability, trade secrets, trademark and copyright infringement, class actions, franchises, FLSA, False Claims Act, TILA, RESPA, ADA, RICO, insurance coverage, derivative actions and a wide variety of common law business torts.
I serve as a AAA arbitrator (on the Commercial and Employment panels) and as a private arbitrator in arbitrations encompassing a wide variety of areas. I have previously served as an advocate in scores of AAA and FINRA (NASD) arbitrations.
