I represent former Engle class members in their pursuit of damages against major tobacco manufacturers for their dangerous and defective products. Engle v. Liggett Group was a 2006 Florida Supreme Court decision in which the Court decertified a class action against the tobacco injury, permitting individual claimants whose addiction to nicotine caused one or more tobacco related diseases to manifest between 1990-96 file their own damages claims.
