Forrest Frederick was born in Clinton, Missouri. After he earned his Associates of Applied Science Degree in Computer Information Systems Programming in 2001, he enlisted in the Navy as an Information Systems Technician. Forrest served on the USS Estocin (FFG-15) out of Naval Station Mayport, The USS Raven (MHC-61) out of Bahrain in the Persian Gulf, and at Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
He completed the majority of his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree while on active duty. He was an E6 when he was Honorably Discharged after 6 years. Majoring in Accounting with a focus on Tax and Finance at Columbia College, he then attended law school on the GI Bill at Florida Coastal School of Law. There, he studied primarily Family Law and Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), gaining a great deal of experience representing clients as a legal intern (under the supervision of a senior licensed attorney) in the family law clinic and trusts & estates clinic. He also interned at a local family law firm for 8 months.
Forrest graduated in the top 20% of his law school class and scored in the top 1% on the multistate bar exam. After passing the bar he started his own family law practice where he represented clients in divorce and prepared wills, trusts, and deeds. Forrest Frederick Joined the Law Offices of Ron Sholes, P.A. in January of 2016.
Forrest has represented over 150 clients and will continue to aggressively represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, adoption, termination of parental rights, dependency, probate, and guardianship cases. As a veteran, Forrest has detailed knowledge of all aspects of military pay, benefits, and retirements. His practice also includes the areas of estate planning (wills, trusts, deeds, power of attorneys, advance medical directives) and landlord tenant.
