I have been a lawyer for more than 32 years. I started my practice in Miami, Florida, in 1983. In January 1989, I became the youngest circuit judge in the history of the State of Florida. I served for five years in the juvenile, criminal and civil divisions of the fourth largest trial court in the country. In 1994, I was the Republican Nominee for the position of Attorney General for the State of Florida.
After returning to the practice of law in 1995, I have represented people in the civil and criminal trial courts of Florida (including cases in the Federal Court System). I have represented lawyers, physicians, teachers and regular every day people in moments of grave importance.Since 1997, I have lived and worked in North Central Florida (based in Ocala, Florida). I have successfully represented people in civil, family and criminal law cases. I have tried cases before juries and also had numerous bench trials (cases without juries).
I work hard to insure that my clients have the best representation that I can provide by becoming thoroughly familiar with the facts of the case, knowing and researching the law and finally by aggressively representing my clients in the courtroom.I look forward to the challenges that present themselves in the court on a day in and day out basis.

I represent people in state and federal courts. I have more than 32 years of experience in criminal courts at all levels: misdemeanor (duo, domestic violence, license issues), felony (drugs, drug trafficking, violent crimes, white collar crimes, sex crimes, murder)
Divorce, post-divorce matters, child support, alimony. I also represent families involved in dependency and termination of parental rights litigation.
Litigation includes civil and family litigation. Family litigation includes divorce, contempt and post-divorce issues.
