I represent consumers exclusively. I defend people who are getting sued on credit cards, and I sue the collectors back for illegal collection techniques. I am a former debt collector, born and raised in Buffalo, New York, the debt collection capital of the world. One of my first jobs in highschool was as a debt collector, and my first job in Tampa after law school was as a debt collector so I have an inside perspective. I have been to probably every county court in the state on thousands of debt collection cases, so chances are I know just how to handle your case.
