Not all deaths require probate, whether or not the decedent had a will. As an experienced probate lawyer, I can help you determine whether formal, summary or ancillary administration is required, or whether nothing at all is required. Cost and time vary in probate cases, although most can be handled in approximately six months. If a probate proceeding is required, we will advise you what procedure is proper and the estimated cost and time involved based upon the circumstances of your situation.

I have more than forty years' experience in drafting wills. I listen carefully to each client to understand his or her unique circumstances and objectives. Services include initial conference or conferences with the client, drafting of the will, reviewing it with the client, and attending its execution.
With more than forty years experience in real property litigation, including quiet title suits, boundary disputes, ejectment, partition, access disputes, breach of real estate sales contracts and enforcement of restrictive covenants, my years of experience particularly qualify me to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each case. I work hard to settle a case without litigation and work just as hard if settlement is not possible, always with the goal of achieving the best result possible.
