The Ultimate legal method for settling controversies or disputes between and among persons, organizations, and the State. In litigation process, a case (called suit or lawsuit) is brought before a court of law suitably empowered (having the jurisdiction) to hear the case, by the parties involved (the litigants) for resolution (the judgment).
First, I get into my opponent’s head by digging through their entire life and affairs through legal Pre-Suit investigations.
Second, I have found over the course of almost 20 years in the legal profession, that going to court and litigating something publicly rarely serves my clients or the people on the other side. For one, it takes forever. Two, once something is filed, it remains on someone’s permanent, public record. I believe in solving a client’s issue without ever having to file a case. I prepare an extensive demand letter, complaint and usually have expert reports and opinions to support the case.
Third I work with ex-federal prosecutes, F.B.I. and C.I.A. professional investigators to gain the advantage of information.
While I have years of experience as a trial attorney in federal and state courts, litigation should be used as a last resort and, if employed, it should be pursued with uncommon urgency. No matter what happened to my client, I believe in getting through the situation and on with life as soon as possible.
To support clients to find their voice and stand up to the bullies in their life. What does that mean? It means that most of my clients have been ripped off in one fashion or another, taken advantage of by others who are so disconnected they pick profits over integrity. Most of my cases involve the civil prosecution for otherwise criminal behavior and the proverbial David v. Goliath showdown.
