Prior to receiving his law degree, Mr. Kolokoff worked at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley and gained valuable experience in consumer finance, financial markets, and stock brokerage.Mr. Kolokoff was an Assistant State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida for more than six years and focused his practice on complex white collar fraud and tried numerous jury trials to verdict. In addition to fraud cases, Mr. Kolokoff also prosecuted drug trafficking, violent crimes, and other crimes and supervised nearly seventy misdemeanor prosecutors.
Mr. Kolokoff serves on the Professional Ethics Committee of The Florida Bar and previously served as Chair of The Florida Bar Standing Committee on the Unlicensed Practice of Law.
