I have practiced in Jacksonville and North Florida since 1968, representing a variety of business clients and individuals. For many years I concentrated on insurance defense of arson and fraudulent insurance claims for major insurance carriers. I handle litigation and disputes that are related to estate and probate matters as well as a number of contractual and commercial disputes. The client rating information will give one some idea of the types of cases we regularly handle.
I was a principal organizer and the first race director of the Gate River Run in Jacksonville, which has since become the largest 15 kilometer race in America. I am active in choir and church affairs at Lakewood United Methodist Church.
