John V. Tucker is the Founder of Tucker Law Group P.A., headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. For over 28 years, Mr. Tucker has represented clients throughout the United States in all types of disability benefit claims. Mr. Tucker helps individuals who are denied insurance benefits recover the money due to them from insurance companies. This includes Disability Income insurance, Long Term Disability insurance, Life Insurance, Accidental Death Insurance, and certain Health Insurance claims and lawsuits.
Mr. Tucker represents veterans seeking disability benefits from the Veterans Administration ("VA") for service-connected compensation, including claims for 100% Total Disability based upon Individual Unemployability ("TDIU").
I represent people in employee benefit claims covered by a federal law called ERISA - the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Most of these cases involve disability benefits, but I also handle life insurance claims, health insurance claim, 401k benefit claims, and pension benefit claims.
