At times it is necessary to fight to help your client, but other times the client is better served, and more economically served, by working toward a resolution of the problem instead of continuing to fight about the problem. We have represented a number of creditors and debtors in all levels of courts, including bankruptcy court, state court and federal district court.
The firm handles most aspects of any real estate transaction, including the representation of buyers and sellers, as well as the creation and drafting of the necessary documents, and any negotiations necessary to close a deal.
We have handled a number of appeals and appellate proceedings to successful results for our clients. We are able to handle a matter all the way from beginning to an appeal, or take on appeal of a case handled by another lawyer or firm.
