Denise regularly represents financial institutions in actions involving real property matters and disputes under consumer protection laws, and she has experience in actions involving breach of contract, fraud, construction litigation, and insurance coverage. She serves as the current Vice Chair and incoming Chair of The Florida Bar Journal Editorial Board.
Denise attended the University of Missouri – Columbia and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Following her undergraduate studies, she attended Vanderbilt University Law School where she earned a Juris Doctorate in 2005. Denise began her law practice in Nashville, Tennessee, before relocating to Florida. She is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Florida.
