In March 2017, Kimberly joined Orlando Legal to expand their Business/Commercial and Personal Injury departments. A career-long civil trial lawyer, Kimberly has represented national retail, hospitality and entertainment corporations as well as small businesses and individuals throughout the state of Florida. Kimberly takes pride in being the go-to for all her clients'? litigation needs, from small questions and pre-need counseling through jury trial, and has zealously represented her clients in the areas of commercial and business litigation, premises liability, personal injury, negligent hiring/retention, and probate litigation . She provides her clients with efficient, effective and aggressive representation, as well as on-call advice and risk assessments so her clients can better protect themselves from future loss and claims.Kimberly has been recognized multiple times by Super Lawyers as a Top Young Lawyer and Rising Star in Florida. She graduated cum Laude from the University of Florida Levin college of Law, and also holds a bachelors degree in Communications. She is routinely recognized by the Orange County Bar Association for her outstanding commitment and service as a Guardian Ad Litem.
