Ms. Hargrove began her career in the criminal justice field as a Deputy Sheriff in Lake County in 1991. She worked in various divisions such as Narcotics Investigations, Tactical/High Crimes Unit, Aviation, and as a Field Training Officer.
Ms. Hargrove left the Sheriff's Office in 2002 and was recruited by Boeing, and later Lockheed Martin, to work as a private contractor for Homeland Security traveling across the United States to train government employees on the detection of possible terrorist activity and improvised expolsive devices.
While in law school Ms. Hargrove interned as a law clerk in Orlando, FL researching and preparing opinions for a Circuit Court Judge. She later worked as a Prosecutor in Orlando from 2006 until 2008 handling numerous cases in both the felony and misdemeanor level.
Having played sports all of her life she knew it was imperative to learn everything possible about the "other team" before you play against them. Ms. Hargrove worked hard at obtaining as much experience as possible from the "other team" knowing that her ultimate goal was to represent clients facing criminal charges.
Today, Ms. Hargrove uses all of the knowledge and experience that she gained from the "other team" to represent her clients in criminal and other matters.
