Internet law practice deals with protecting the legal and constitutional rights of Web-based businesses in the fields of gaming, gambling, entertainment, dating, advertising, service providers, payment processors, live cams, etc.
We assist clients in prosecuting both trademarks and copyrights, and provide representation in Intellectual Property disputes in court and administrative cases.
Our constitutional law practice involves legal challenges to statutes, ordinances and governmental policies affecting constitutional rights of businesses or individuals, primarily on the grounds of Freedom of Speech.
Our gaming law practice involves online gambling activity, along with alternative gaming such as sweepstakes, penny auctions, fantasy sports, skill gaming and contests.
We handle select white collar criminal defense matters associated with the online entertainment industry as well as other matters impacting constitutional concerns.
