I have been practicing in the criminal law arena exclusively for 25 years. Our practice here is focused on DUI's and general complex criminal defense litigation. Lee Lockett is the current co-chair of the Annual DUI seminar in Orlando where he has also served on as a lecturer. We focus a great majority of our caseload in the area of DUI as well as general criminal defense. Although DMV hearings are considered "civil" in nature, they are always tracked along with the criminal DUI file.
