    As a former attorney for the IRS my practice consists of representing taxpayers (individuals and businesses) before the IRS. I handle all aspects of tax litigation from audits to representation and trial in Tax Court and collection.

  • Bankruptcy and debt 20% 31 Years

    I represent debtors who need a fresh start. I also represent creditors, including in Chapter 11 proceedings, who are being pursued for preferential or fraudulent transfers.

  • Wills and living wills 10%

    I prepare wills, living wills and durable powers of attorney for clients.

    My end goal for clients is to avoid probate. Therefore, I review with clients effective ways to plan their estate. I prepare simple wills, living wills, health care designations and powers of attorney for clients.
