Although I primarily do corporate and commercial law, I am an experienced tax, trust and estate planning attorney and I have done numerous wills, trust and codicils, many of them quite detailed and complex.
Fresh out of law school handled numerous personal injury claims, then at Florida DOT sued hundreds of Floridians who had damaged DOT property in crashes. I have handled cases as diverse as a claim by a railroad that FDOT had violated a railroad's rights by not pre-empting a local government from regulating the hours trains could sound their horns, a claim that an employee had stolen trade secrets, down to run-of-the-mill commercial landlord-tenant disputes and collections for a mortgage broker.
