About Nicholas Wayne Mulick
Nicholas W. Mulick received his Bachelor's degree from William Paterson University in 1977 with his Juris Doctorate Degree from Rutgers University of Law in 1980. He practiced law in New Jersey until 1985 when he moved to Monroe County and has practiced in the fields of Land Use Law, Civil Litigation and Criminal Law ever since. Mr. Mulick is admitted to the Bar in the states of Florida and New Jersey, as well as, the Federal Courts in the State of New Jersey and the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Mulick is a member and past President of the Florida Keys Bar Association. As an active member of the community, Mr. Mulick is a past President and present member of the Board of Directors of the Upper Keys Rotary Club; Vice-Chairman of the Monroe County Sheriff's Asset Forfeiture Fund Advisory Committee; and a member of the Board of Directors of the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce and Upper Keys Athletic Association.
