The issue to be determined in this matter is whether the Petitioner is entitled to additional reimbursement in excess of the amount of $1,662 already paid, for medical services provided to Anthony Peraino and, if so, the amount of any such additional compensation. Petitioner's basic position is that he is entitled to additional reimbursement in the amount of $1,995, and Respondent's and Intervenors' basic positions are that the Petitioner has already been appropriately reimbursed in the amount of $1,662.50 and is not entitled to any additional reimbursement.Medical doctor providing services to injured worker entitled to additional reimbursement of funds in this case.
