My past estate planning representation of clients includes drafting trusts, wills, living wills, and advanced directives.
A siginficant portion of my practice deals with foreclosure matters (including homeowner/condo associations). I have successfully handled foreclosure litigation in Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau, and Bradford Counties.
20% of my practice deals with the probate of estates in the state of Florida.
A siginficant portion of my practice deals with bankruptcy, whether in Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. My clients range from high income wage earners to the indigent.
A siginficant portion of my practice deals with landlord/tenant matters, whether in litigation or transactional. My clients range from high volume property managers to individual property owners.
