Randy is a compassionate advocate and advisor whose practice is devoted to representing seniors and persons with special needs and their families in connection with asset preservation planning, Medicaid eligibility, government benefits for nursing home/assisted living facilities, supplemental needs trusts, planning for disability, VA benefits, estate planning, guardianship, wills, trusts and advance directives, as well as advanced estate tax planning for individuals with taxable estates. Randy is one of only nine attorneys in the State of Florida who has earned the dual designation of Florida Bar Board Certification as an expert in Elder Law as well as in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
