Robert represents a diverse group of clients in estate planning and estate administration matters. He represents individuals and families in planning their estate, personal representatives and trustees throughout the administration process, beneficiaries seeking to confirm and enforce their rights in estates and trusts, and creditors with claims against estates and trusts.
Robert earned his B.A. in Criminology, with a minor in leadership, from The University of South Florida in 2009, and obtained his law degree from St. Thomas University in 2012. While attending law school, Robert earned the highest grade in Florida Criminal Procedure. He joined the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and served as treasurer for two consecutive terms. Robert spent a summer abroad during law school and studied Comparative Law and International Criminal Law in El Escorial, Spain.Although Robert was born a northerner, he is a Floridian at heart. He attended Martin County High School and had been visiting Martin County since the age of three. After moving to Florida as a teenager, Robert became an avid fisherman/outdoorsman and fell in love with Florida’s natural amenities.

I have prepared documents of all levels of complexity from simple wills and revocable trusts, to complex documents necessary to implement sophisticated tax planning techniques such as charitable trusts and other various irrevocable trusts.
I have handled both simple and complex estate administrations using both formal and summary administration
I assist trustees in settling and distributing trusts upon the death of the creator of the trust and also assist with the administration of other trusts which are created prior to death.
