Attorney Robert Rubenstein is recognized throughout the state as an experienced and respected personal injury attorney. He began practicing law in 1978 and he formed Rubenstein Law, in 1988. The firm has offices in Miami, North Miami, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Broward, and West Palm Beach and has grown to a staff of 250+. They are skilled and worthy opponents to insurance companies and corporate giants.
Recognized by his peers in the personal injury field, he was listed in the Florida Guide to Leading Personal Injury Attorneys and Personal Injury Law. Additionally, Mr. Rubenstein is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by the publication. Martindale Hubbell ratings are determined by the confidential opinions of other lawyers. Mr. Rubenstein began his career in large law firms where he handled corporate mergers and acquisitions as well as tax law. It was in this work that he acquired business and negotiation proficiency and learned the importance of a service-oriented practice. Mr. Rubenstein supervises and is responsible for every case in the office.
Graduating at the top of his class, Mr. Rubenstein earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Law School in 1978. In law school, he was recognized with academic awards of Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi, given only to the best students. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Rubenstein was the valedictorian of the 1978 Florida Bar Exam. In 1971 he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Michigan.
