Rudwin Ayala is a Partner in the firm of Cohen, Blostein & Ayala, PA. He received his Bachelors from Quinnipiac University Magna Cum Laude in 2007 and his Juris Doctor as a Goodwin Scholar from Nova Southeastern University in 2010. He was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year and is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Rudwin is a member of various voluntary bar organizations, including the Broward County Bar Association; Palm Beach County Bar Association (Professionalism Committee; Committee for Diversity and Inclusion); Broward County Hispanic Bar Association; Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida ; and the Hispanic National Bar Association. Rudy is a former President of the Broward Coutny Hispanic Bar Association. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida, Rudy served as Regional Vice President for the Fourth District of Florida. Rudy also served as the Region VIII Representative for the Young Lawyers Division of the Hispanic National Bar Association, which encompasses all of Florida.
Rudwin has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of matters, representing his clients from the pre-litigation phase through trial. He primarily focuses his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and complex commercial litigation.
