Scott D. Hirsch has a broad range of experience representing clients in civil litigation matters in federal and state court as well as representing investors who have been victims of stockbroker and brokerage firm misconduct in arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as well as representing clients in securities class actions, commercial law, including contract disputes. Mr. Hirsch’s practice also focus on representing clients in real estate transactions, helping them navigate the home buying and selling process. Prior to forming Scarlett & Hirsch, P.A., Mr. Hirsch worked at a boutique law firm in Ft. Lauderdale Florida where Mr. Hirsch specialized in representing corporations and individuals in complex business disputes, real estate transactions and litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, and debtor/creditor litigation. Mr. Hirsch received his Bachelor of Arts degree, in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Lynn University and his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. Mr. Hirsch is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Additionally, Mr. Hirsch is able to represent investors in arbitration proceedings in all fifty states
