In 1965, when I was 10 years of age, my family came to Brevard County. My father was a space industry engineer employed at Kennedy Space Center. My mother had a long career with the Brevard County School Board. I, along with my sister and brother,attended Brevard County public schools. Ultimately I graduated from UCF (B.A. 1978) and FSU (J.D., with Honors 1981) Law School. Before becoming a lawyer I worked at the Kennedy Space Center center, including working with the shuttle program. I have been active in the Brevard County Bar Association (former President) and was appointed by Governor Charlie Crist to serve our community as a Trustee to Brevard Community College. I was subsequently reappointed to this position by Governor Rick Scott. I truly enjoy working in and serving our Brevard County Community.

My firm not only handles all types of motorcycle cases I own and ride all types of bikes. I have ridden on race tracks all over the U.S. and enjoy sport touring and riding Harley Davidsons. I work on bikes as well. We understand motorcyles and motorcycle riders.
Florida has a statute that deals specifically with wrongful death cases. The statute spells out who are the beneficiary's of a wrongfully killed decedent and what they may collect. Our firm has had considerable success in handling these emotionally tough cases.

I am the 2007-2008 Florida Justice Association Nursing Home Chairperson of the FJA Nursing Home Legislative Task Force and work on Nursing Home and Assisted Living cases throughout central Florida. My experience with nursing homes does not end with my clients. My grandmother died while a nursing home resident and my mother is currently a resident of an assited living facility.
Chapt. 766 Florida Statutes address Medical Malpractice cases in Florida. These are generally complicated cases in terms of medicine and law. I have handled cases involving failure to timely diagnose cancer, wrongful death and others.
