In 2016, Mr. Hoffman coordinated the closing of his client's $87MM acquistion of the Barcelona Apartment complex in Jupiter, Florida. In addition, Mr. Hoffman has set up many community developments, including condominium and property owner associations, and now guides boards through the many challenges such associations face.
