TIM BALDWIN has practiced law since 2004 and is licensed in Florida and Montana. Tim was born in 1979 and raised in Pensacola. Tim earned his B.A. from the University of West Florida in 2001 and J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, AL in 2004, where he focused on litigation courses and won several trial team awards. Immediately after earning his J.D., Tim became an Assistant Florida State Attorney, 1st Judicial Circuit in Pensacola under William “Bill” Eddins, where he prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony crimes for several years. Tim then started his private practice in 2006 and handled criminal and civil matters. Tim has vast litigation experience, having 59 jury trials (to date) under his belt, representing hundreds of clients in both civil and criminal matters since 2004.In 2007, Tim created and developed a very unique legal service program exclusively for property management companies. Through his service, Tim helped dozens of property management companies across Northwest Florida in landlord-tenant matters. Tim continues to represent property management companies, landlord and tenants in Florida through Property Management Law Solutions, LLC and Rentals Law.
