Before coming to FLPLG, Ms. Foglia practiced in the field of Insurance Defense where she represented insurance carriers defending against Personal Injury Protection claims in both private and in-house counsel positions.Ms. Foglia is admitted to practice law in all Florida State courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and Middle District of Florida.
During law school, she interned for the Honorable Peter R. Lopez and was a St. Thomas Law Review Staff Editor, St. Thomas School of Law Merit Scholarship Recipient, and Vice President of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.Ms. Foglia is a Co-Editor of the JIOP Newsletter for the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, an active member of the Duke Club of South Florida, and a member of a women’s philanthropic group.
