We represent injured workers for on the job accidents including: INDUSTRIAL DEATH CATASTROPHIC INJURY/PERMANENT TOTAL DISABILITY, CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENTS, REPETITIVE TRAUMA ACIIDENTS, SICK BUILDING EXPOSURE, and all other on the job accidents and injuries. I work to obtain benefits for injured workers including surgeries, pain management, nursing care, assistive devices, home modifications, & loss of earning type benefits. If needed, we will go to Trial for these benefits; or negotiate settlement
We represent disabled individuals in SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY cases. We prepare Reconsideration requests, and Represent individuals in Social Security Disability Trials. We help gather medical and vocational evidence to prove and establish "total disability" , and the "inability to perform substantial, gainful employment" which is needed to obtain social security disability benefits.
