Prepare wills for single and married people. Have trust within the will for minor children and where desired. Discuss ways to avoid probate. Do living trusts, powers of attorney, health care surrogates.
Handle opening of estate, appointment of personal representative, bonds and bond waivers, all filings in probate cases, help secure assets, deal with creditors and heirs, deal with real estate and homestead issues, and file papers to close estate. Do in all Florida counties. Can handle estate income tax.

Set up living trusts-- either in wills or as separate documents. Advise on and revise same. Do for real estate, as well as other assets.
Help select business entity. File incorporattion papers for corp. and LLC. Advise on and do contracts, leases, taxes (income, real estate, transfer). Do partnership agreements.
File same. Help prepare the settlements, financial affidavits, attend final hearings, and prepare dissolution decree. Can do for missing spouse.
