Whether respondent's teaching certificate should be disciplined, and her continuing contract with the citrus County School Board terminated, on charges of professional misconduct and willful neglect of duty: specifically, failure to keep complete student records, and forgery of signatures of other professionals on student records with the intent to deceive her superiors into thinking the records were complete.Respondent forged superior's signature/falsified records to make it appear she was doing her job. Recommend revocation and terminate contract.
