Wyoming Small Claims Courts

In Wyoming, small claims of up to $3,000 constitute a special division of civil cases, which can be decided according to informal procedures in the circuit courts, per Statute 1-21-201. Additionally, Circuit Courts can hear cases of up to $7,000.
