WHEN ELIGIBLE " EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN " ARE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR EDUCATION, THE SENDING DISTRICT MUST REIMBURSE THE RECEIVING DISTRICT FOR THAT STUDENT'S SHARE OF THE RECEIVING DISTRICT'S COST IN CONDUCTING SPECIAL EDUCATION.
